My Approach
At SoulSync Counselling, I take an integrative and holistic approach to therapy, drawing on neuroscience, attachment theory, polyvagal theory, somatic practices, and person-centered counselling. Central to my work is building a strong, collaborative therapeutic relationship, as I believe healing and growth occur most effectively within a safe, trusting, and supportive connection.

Together, we gently uncover patterns shaped by the subconscious mind, including protective defence mechanisms, unhelpful thought distortions, and core beliefs that may be limiting personal potential, emotional wellbeing, and interpersonal relationships.
Grounded in trauma-informed and evidence-based practice, I incorporate CBT- and DBT-informed skills to support distress tolerance, emotional regulation, self-awareness, and healthier relational patterns. Sessions are offered through secure online counselling, with a strong commitment to confidentiality, cultural humility, and spiritual sensitivity.
